Booking & Availability

The earlier the better! Booking early means you’ll have the widest choice of plants and styles. Don’t stress if your plans change – we’re super flexible. You can make unlimited changes (as long as we have stock), and we just ask for all final changes at least 2 weeks before delivery so our warehouse team can prep everything perfectly.

Of course you can, you clever cookie! But if you’d rather not deal with the heavy lifting, transport, and logistics, bring your ideas to us. We’ll make them happen for you (and save you a whole lot of hassle).

We’ll work with you to create the perfect look. If you’re not sure where to start, we’re happy to make suggestions based on your style and space. If you’re a plant lover with ideas of your own, we’ll collaborate with you to bring them to life. Final selections may vary depending on availability, but we’ll always make sure your display looks amazing.

We’ll lock everything in and take it from there. The day before delivery, we’ll get in touch to reconfirm the timing.

Absolutely! Add, swap, or adjust your order – no limits on increases. Our T&Cs allow for a 10% reduction if needed. Just chat with your Account Manager, we’re here to make it easy.
Delivery & Collection

We’ll work with you to lock in a time that suits. Our standard delivery window is Monday to Friday, 8am–3pm, but if you need weekends or specific time slots, we’ve got a premium service option (additional fees apply).

Nope! As long as we have clear instructions (and access, if needed), we can set everything up for you. If keys are needed, just make sure we have them in advance.

We prefer to deliver and collect for you – plants are delicate and can be tricky to move. This way, you don’t have to worry about transport or damage.

It depends on your location, the day of the week, access to the site, and the truck and crew required. Your Account Manager will run through all of this and give you a clear cost.
Hire Details

Events: Usually one-day hire (or the event duration).\
Property staging: 4 weeks hire + a complimentary 2-week extension. Extra fees apply after 6 weeks.
Long-term hire: Minimum 6 months.

Yes – the minimum hire spend is $1,000 plus delivery and collection.

Large: 1.4–1.8m
Medium: 80cm–1.4m
Small: under 80cm
(Heights vary slightly depending on species.)
Payments & Policies

Yes – we take a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This locks in the plants and your place in our delivery schedule (which books out quickly!).

Full payment is required prior to delivery. We accept direct deposit and credit card via our secure online payment system.

We’re not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay — no extra GST added on top.

Nope – we’re not fans of sneaky fees! We don’t charge bonds or damage waivers. If something is damaged or broken, we just ask that you cover the replacement cost. Simple and transparent.
Insurance & Damage

Yes – we hold a Public Liability Policy. Just ask if you’d like a copy of our Certificate of Currency.

No worries – accidents happen! Just let us know before pickup. Our crew will set the item aside for assessment, and we’ll only charge for the labour and materials required to repair or replace it.
